Education and Training
I was born in Florence, Italy. I trained as an actress with a regional theatre company: Centro di Teatro Internazionale, based on the Russian school. While designing sets and props and acting for the company shows I was also studying at the Academy of Fine Arts (BA Maestro in Scenografia -Florence). In Venice, I took a Master ( MA Theatre Design - University of Architecture of Venice - Two years course).
I graduated with the devised project "The Last Prisoner". then moved to London and attended the Motley School.
Awarded a grant for an apprenticeship in set design for the contemporary dance performance La Cité Radieuse, Ballet National De Marseille, Parma, Italy. (2006); Awarded a grant for an apprenticeship in Costume Design for the opera Attila by Giuseppe Verdi, Fenice Theatre, Venice, Italy. (2005)
